Shares of drugstore chain Rite Aid Corp fell sharply on Friday on a report that indicated its proposed merger with Walgreens Boots Alliance Inc was having trouble winning U.S. antitrust approval. Rite Aid’s share price dropped as much as 16.7 percent after the Capital Forum reported that the Federal Trade Commission’s staff was prepared to recommend that the agency file a lawsuit to stop the deal. Shares of Walgreens were little changed.

Earlier today, Spotify announced that they would be going public late this year or early next year. With nearly zero information about IPO price, but with the knowledge of how other millennial loves have done (Netflix, Facebook, lets ignore snapchat), is this a trap or something that will thrive?

Trading on less than 8 times earnings forecasts Adient looks cheap. The seat manufacturer is seeing strong growth in China and big opportunities in airlines and rail, all of which bode well for the future.
This is not a recommendation to buy or sell. Stocks are not suitable for all investors. Please do your own research.

I’ve gone through two reverse splits and dilutions… What originally was worth £633 worth of stock is now worth £88… an %86 drop.
Is it even worth selling to get the £88 back? Good stock or not, are they likely to perform any tricks to bounce this back up, even temporarily? Their earnings report was pretty glum.
I’ve been diluted down to 17 shares. Could they dilute me down to 0 and I get nothing back?

Hi guys,
I really have no idea what I’m doing with stocks, but I have about 300 ISOs that I want to exercise and try to wait for long term capital gains on. But I don’t understand if I should exercise while the market value is high, or if it even matters?
My company’s stock is up significantly these past two weeks and my lockup period ends mid-May – so my goal was to exercise my options early May and, in 2018, sell them during the trading period. But the stock is up so much this week, and I heard it might be foolish to exercise options during a potential peak and should instead wait for the price to dip a little. Is that true? Or should I just exercise now?
I have a strike price of about $2 on the 300 vested shares, and their current market value is about $45.

Up 10% this morning. Someone bought 100,000 shares. Do your DD but this looks like a promising one which has plans to sell by June 26.
