As of now, this tax law is applicable only on online advertisements. This tax applies to advertisers, not publishers. Means it will not affect your Adsense earning. If you Publish ads on your website with AdSense, this tax doesn’t apply because you are a publisher.

This will be my first time working for a startup.
In their offer package, I read this line:
Time and Attention
You will devote all of your attention, skill and effort to the business on a full-time basis and in compliance with the policies, practices, directions and instructions given to you by the Company from time to time.
When they say “full-time basis,” does that automatically imply 9AM – 5PM, Monday to Friday? Should I ask to have this clarified or is it kind of an “obvious” thing?
