David Gledhill, group CIO and head of technology and operations at DBS Bank, took top honors at the 2017 MIT Sloan CIO Symposium awards dinner on Tuesday evening, for his work at the digital bank. “We wanted to create great experiences,” Mr. Gledhill explained. “Our vision of the bank is to make banking joyful.”
