The Delaware Supreme Court refused late Friday to reschedule oral arguments in the DFC Global appraisal appeal from a prominent plaintiffs’ attorney who says he has only one chance to depose Mark Zuckerberg for unrelated Facebook litigation, and his clients in the two cases demand that he, personally, perform both.
