So I’ve been hearing a lot about how we are 8 years into a bull market and the market is fully valued now. Does this mean it might be a bad time to invest my savings into an etf like SPY or VOO or does it not matter because even if the market goes bearish for a while as long as I keep my money in for long enough it will eventually increase in value?
