Mattel (MAT) tumbled to the bottom of the S&P 500 today after the maker of Barbie reported a larger-than-expected loss.
Mattel dropped 14% to $21.79 today, while the S&P 500 declined 0.3% to 2,348.69.
MKM’s Eric Handler calls it an “ugly 1Q earnings report for Mattel.” He explains:
