Our company is hiring for the first time! Very exciting of course but it will also be our biggest expense ever so it’s been stressful. None of us have ever hired anyone before, so I’d love to hear your tips.
We posted the job on a few places and got 100+ people applied (the job req about 1-2 years of experience) and it looks like there are some great candidates.
How do we not mess this up? Things you wish you knew? Interested to hear about your first hires and how it went.
