Hi all.
I’m leaving my big tech company job and taking an exciting role as a manager (team of 6). Will begin next week.
Was wondering what are the critical goals I should zone in on during my first few weeks at work.
Been at a large company all of my life so not sure what to expect moving into a small company of 20.
