Changing domain from hyphenated domain to non hyphenated

Hello,

For a little over 6 months I have been using a hyphenated .COM domain name. The SEO traffic I get is pretty good (roughly 150k visits per month). I have recently acquired the non hyphenated version of the domain.

Two questions:

1. Should I just redirect the non hyphenated domain to the hyphenated one?

2. Will there be any SEO impacts (positively or negatively) from switching to the non hyphenated one?
