CHICAGO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Kemper Corporation (NYSE: KMPR) announced that it has priced a registered offering of $200 million of its 4.350% Senior Notes due 2025 (“new notes”) at an issue price of 101.193% of the principal amount.
