It often gets very busy for the media in Washington, D.C., but this time it’s for a highly unusual reason.  SEE ALSO: There’s a fake ‘Time’ magazine cover proudly displayed at several of Trump’s golf courses On Wednesday, Wall Street Journal reporter Richard Rubin noticed some young men carrying a painting of President Donald Trump on Capitol Hill.  He shared the artwork on Twitter, saying the portrait wasn’t commissioned and the artist, Barry Wingard, contacted Rep.
