IHT also reported consolidated net income of approximately $58,000 for the three months ended April 30, 2017 compared to consolidated net income of approximately $21,000 for the three months ended April 30, 2016, an improvement of approximately 276%. Included in consolidated net income were non-cash depreciation expenses of approximately $413,000 for the three months ended April 30, 2017 compared to non-cash depreciation expenses of approximately $134,000 for the three months ended April 30, 2016.
