A Delaware Chancery judge ruled Wednesday that after a $57 million merger, energy use optimization company GoodCents has to share the wealth with not just its preferred stockholders but its common stockholders as well, saying the company’s articles of incorporation don’t provide that preferential treatment of the former holds in every circumstance.
