Do you know when Nifty Futures trades at a premium or discount what does it mean? Nifty’s premium which was earlier in the range of 20-30 has now narrowed to 5-10, while Banknifty has shifted from a premium of 50-100 to a discount of 85-100 pointing at backwardation.
