Artificial intelligence to possible be used for spam bots?

http://ift.tt/eA8V8J

Just imagine with all this neural network technology being experimented in the lab it could possibly be an issue when its used worldwide. AFAIK there have been neural networks that could look at images and easily identify what they are.

This makes me think that soon enough spam bots could be used in conjunction with A.I. technology and easily bypass image captcha. The only issue that i could think of that could prevent this is either patents for the technology or the processing power required for such technologies. If the technology is easily obtainable and the processing power required isn’t too much, then i infer that this could really be a serious issue in the future.

Does anyone have any thoughts or anything to add to my argument?
