Stock value stable but losing money due to currency conversion

When I bought HPQ, USD/€ was at 0,9206

Even though the stock almost didn’t change value (in dollars), the conversion ratio is now at 0,9148, which means I’m effectively losing 150€

Does anyone have a sugestion on how I can counter this?
