GREENVILLE, S.C.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Span-America Medical Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:SPAN) today reported its results for the second fiscal quarter ended April 1, 2017. Net sales for the second quarter of fiscal 2017 were up 3% to $15.2 million compared with $14.9 million in the second quarter of fiscal 2016.
