Japanese technology giant SoftBank has quietly purchased a stake in Santa Clara-based Nvidia that’s worth $4 billion, Bloomberg reports, citing unnamed sources. If accurate, it would make SoftBank Nvidia’s fourth-largest investor.
Over the weekend, SoftBank listed Nvidia among the investments it’s previously made, although it declined to say how much stock it holds.
