Shilpi Cable Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 28, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve issue of fully paid-up Bonus Shares to the Shareholders of the Company on proportionate basis, in such proportion as the Board may deem fit.
