Our startup created a platform for use in the healthcare industry. The org we contracted the use of our platform to has one employee in charge of entering their users into the system. The problem is, despite training, making it easy enough for a monkey to use and polite reminders offering additional help, the employee keeps promising to use it any day but never does. It’s been 3 weeks. Does anyone have a suggestion on how we can end this foot dragging? I’d like to avoid having to go to her boss since we’d still have to work with her. Thanks!
