A California state judge on Tuesday gutted a malpractice suit claiming a Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP lawyer worked both sides of a pharmacy business sale and left a former client facing millions of dollars in obligations and legal fees, saying specific injury dates were needed to prevent the suit from being time-barred.
