Peoples files third-party complaint in dispute involving Grand Rivers acquisition
The Southern Peoples claims that American Pacific acquired a majority interest in Grand Rivers in violation of the terms of a merger agreement between Peoples and Grand Rivers. Under the terms of that agreement, Grand Rivers was to merge with and into Peoples. |
