Oil posts new session low as non-OPEC delegates arrive to join the meeting

Grabbing the spotlight with both hands this morning oil prices have noq fallen to new session lows.
Talk of a 3-month extension option to a proposed 9-month extension (keep up at the back) is now being dismissed and WTI falls to $50.07
