The U.S. Supreme Court declined on Tuesday to take up private equity magnate Lynn Tilton’s challenge to the constitutionality of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s administrative law judges, leaving in place a Second Circuit ruling that dismissed her suit for lack of jurisdiction.
