After a little bit of hard work, one product that we worked on has a few hundreds of registered users. Most of them are not coming back to the site. Since these users already tried and tested the product, we feel some of these users are most likely customers.
Is it a good idea to send out emails just to stay afresh so that they can consider if they have any relevant requirement?
What is a good idea for content to include in the email that does the job of refreshing their thoughts but doesn’t really sound sales email?
What makes them forward such emails to their friends or colleagues?
How do you send hundreds of same e-mail without risking to be classified as spam sender?
