We’re looking to raise 50-100k, the lower amount would give us the ability to pay off a few bills and a few months of cash, while the higher amount would give us the ability to launch a prototype and prove our product in the market.
Any suggestions on how to structure this? our total raise is aimed at 3.5m and we are shopping for 40% equity.
