Hi guys,
Noob question here, but I’d be grateful for any genuine responses.
I bought the following on March 7th, 2017: VTI 100 shares @ $122.05 BND 98 shares @ $80.60
They’re part of an ETF portfolio that I’m building for long term investing.
The current price of VTI is $123.51 and BND is $81.38. Yet, on my broker page, it shows that I am negative $400 on VTI and negative $280 on BND.
This might be a really noob question, but why is that? Surely if the price per share has risen since I bought them, then I should be in the positive?
