Buffett responds to a question about why Berkshire Hathaway doesn’t invest in more capital-light businesses. In response, Buffett acknowledged that investing in companies that don’t require a ton of capital is indeed the best way to do things. In fact, capital-light companies are becoming more dominant, he said. “You literally don’t need any money to run the 5 companies that are worth 2.5 trillion dollars,” he said.
