http://ift.tt/2pk4J01 The Basel Committee on Banking Supervision has published its twelfth update on the implementation of the Basel III regulatory reforms: see here (pdf). The update notes, amongst other things, that all of the 27 jurisdictions comprising the Basel Committee have final risk-based capital rules, LCR regulations and capital conservation buffers in force.
