Lawyers for a proposed class alleging JPMorgan Chase Bank NA autodialed cellphone numbers reassigned from former customers to new users, in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, have asked a Florida federal court to approve $1.12 million in attorneys’ fees, saying the award is reasonable.
