Bankrupt software firm ATopTech Inc. fired back Wednesday in Delaware at an attempt by an industry competitor and its largest unsecured creditor to force disclosures from the debtor’s stalking horse bidder about a proposed purchase agreement, saying it’s a play to derail the sale process.
