Sorry I cant provide a link, I think SA is blocked on Reddit, but if you go to SA’s site you can find article under ticker CPHC. In short it says the company has 383 accres and in two recent sales has averaged c.$200k per acre implying the company’s land alone is worth $76.6million compared to current market cap of $44.7million and zero debt.

Any thoughts?

This is not a recommendation to buy or sell. Stocks are not suitable for all investors. Please do your own research. Please also be aware that this is a risky microcap with low liquidity.
