For far too long, we have been having the same Japanese food dining concept in Singapore, in the format of Japanese restaurants like Ajisen Ramen from Japan Food Holdings or RamenPlay under the BreadTalk Group. Hence it is especially interesting to learn of a fresh new Japanese food dining concept in Singapore, which integrates shopping, retail dining, marketing (going to the wet market) and learning (of the source of the seafood in the large Japanese crabs and fresh seafood) all into one and at a popular and convenient location.
