What is the best way to maintain control over my start-up?

http://ift.tt/eA8V8J

Title says all. What I’m currently doing is creating a business where I’m bringing on board 2 other members. I’ve done the foundr’s thing and its basically told me I should have 60%, and the 2 of them will have 20% each. Is this a good way of calculating equity?

Also, I’ve looked into LLC’s and it seems like thats the best way for 1 person to control the entire entity? What’s your opinion on that, reddit?
