We’re hiring remote sales people in the near future. Is there a cheap phone system that we can use to record sales calls so that we can see what’s working / what’s not / what questions customers are having?
Obviously, we’ll be talking with our sales people. And I’m not looking to micro-manage sales people. But still thought recording could be helpful for everyone involved.
