Tesla (
TSLA) can be counted on to do two things at the beginning of each quarter: It will
announce its deliveries, and
those deliveries will disappoint. But what happens if Tesla breaks the pattern? That's exactly what happened this morning. Tesla announced deliveries of 25,000 cars, but rather than disappoint, that squeezed a bit above analyst forecasts for 24,200.
