TL;DR: Tesla has a human resources problem. They are pushing their workers too hard, for not enough pay. A decrease in worker satisfaction will inevitably lead to missed deadlines, and a decrease in product quality.

The results of this may not show for one or two or even five years, but if they are pushing this hard, there may be quality issues in their model 3, and this will damage their reputation.
