Recall Of Some EpiPens Extends To U.S.

An EpiPen Jr. epinephrine auto-injector. Some EpiPens have been recalled from the U.S. market over concerns that they could fail to activate when people try to use them.

Mylan is recalling some EpiPens distributed between December 2015 and July 2016, saying a potentially defective part could make them fail to activate during a life-threatening allergic reaction.
