Chesterfield-based Pretium Packaging has acquired Patrick Products Inc., a manufacturer of packaging for the janitorial, automotive and household chemical markets. The entire leadership team of Leipsic, Ohio-based Patrick Products, will be joining Pretium, which manufactures rigid plastic packaging containers.
