1) The app uses an important api key. This key is only given to select people and is very important. How do I make sure the freelancer doesn’t use this api key in his own apps or else where? How do I protect my api key?
2) How can I make sure that the freelancer doesn’t put his own admob ads id in the app? I will check the source code but I am sure there are clever ways he can hide his own admob id and I am not good with code.
3) How do I make sure I have full legal ownership of the product and source code?
4) How do I prevent the freelancer to publish the same app, maybe resigned and renamed, and compete with me?
Should I make him sign a contract to protect myself from the previous 4 cases? What kind of contract? Where can I draw such a contract? I do not know how to handle these situations.
