Whether you work completely on your own, do all the sales for a small startup, or form part of a larger sales team, what processes do you have in place for sales reviews?
Does your team meet up weekly to discuss what works and what doesn’t? Do you ever review the content of your cold emails against some kind of framework? Do you ever assist your peers with retrospectives or is that reserved for VP of sales? What tools do you use to help for any of the above? How frequently does your team evaluate and update call scripts and email templates?
I’m trying to collect some information around the way teams improve their outbound sales content as part of some R&D for a product I’m busy developing. Would love some feedback from sales folks. Feel free to PM me or answer here.
