Whereas Brexit could well be what the doctor has ordered to revitalize an outdated, lumbering EU, a wholesale restructuring of NAFTA--especially unhinging Mexico--opens up a can of worms and a huge unforeseen risk of Mexico inviting China to the U.S. backyard, hardly acceptable to the Trump team.
