Halt Medical Bid Protections Are Unnecessary, Trustee Says

The U.S. trustee objected Wednesday in Delaware to bid protections proposed for the stalking horse bidder of the assets of Halt Medical Inc., saying the bidder is an affiliate of the debtor’s post-petition lender and does not need a breakup fee.
