CSR Europe and its national partners launched EU Talent to muster Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) participation in quality apprenticeship programmes. Implemented in 12 European countries, the project involves a variety of companies and stakeholders with two main objectives: increase the number and quality of apprenticeships offered to young talent in Europe, and help companies in gaining a competitive advantage by attracting the best talent on the market through quality apprenticeships.
