Looking for suggestions on how to charge for recipes (think large batch beverages). Hubby has recipe experience/knowledge, and we want to launch a consulting service. Let’s assume this beverage is successful, and is made regularly and distributed widely. How should we charge for A) the recipe itself, and B) royalties (I’m sure that’s not the right word for this situation) for the ongoing success of the recipe?
